Amrita Entrance Examination - Engineering 2010
Amrita University conducts an entrance exam every year in various cities across the country for admission to the B.Tech. programs at its three Schools of Engineering located at Amritapuri, Bengaluru and Coimbatore.
The 2010 entrance exam is scheduled for Sunday, 2nd May 2010.
The entrance exam is of 3 hour duration. It will be conducted in 77 cities. More details about the exam are provided in the Information Handbook.
Seat allotment through counselling will be based on the rank obtained by candidates in the Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering 2010.
Eligibility Criteria for 2010 Entrance Exam»
Age: Candidates shall be born on or after 1st July 1989.
Qualification: – A pass
in the final examination of 10+2 (class XII ) or its equivalent with
a minimum of 60% marks separately in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
(OR)
A three year diploma in engineering with minimum 60% marks,awarded by any State Board of Technical Exam.
Note: Those who appear for
the above examinations in April / May 2010 and expect to secure minimum
marks as above, may also apply.
